Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

• The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging

• Your request is made within 14 days of delivery

• The item was not marked as final sale or mystery box (non-returnable)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue

• We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on the case

Non-Returnable Items

• Mystery box or blind box items (due to randomness)

• Limited edition items marked as non-returnable

• Gift cards or digital downloads

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged

• We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments

Refunds
